For the last decade the New Life School of Theology, which is headed by MANA president, Bishop Andy C. Lewter, has been offering quality and meaningful theological courses to persons who have an appetite for such. The endeavor began as the Long Island Bible College back during the time that Bishop Lewter was shuttling between New York and Columbus, OH to serve the Hollywood Baptist Church.
Once Bishop Lewter relocated to New York on a permanent basis he transitioned the Long Island Bible College into the New Life School of Theology. Part of the curriculum of the refurbished New Life School of Theology were opportunities to study on the campuses of Harvard, Yale and Princeton. Since the pandemic, the school has moved from an in-person experience to primarily and online experience. Currently the school meets on Saturday morning at 9 AM, via a zoom classrom, where students are treated to lectures from visiting professors from around the country and a series of lectures from Bishop Lewter himself.
This past September marked the tenth year the school has been in operation as such and is looking forward to a bright and productive academic year.
