The Town of Babylon Board Salutes the Officers of the Ministerial Alliance of North Amityville and Vicinity.

On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, the Ministerial Alliance of North Amityville and Vicinity (MANA) officers gathered at the Town of Babylon to receive Certifications of Appreciation, and recognition of the valuable and devoted service rendered to the people of the Town of Babylon.

MANA’s officers were greeted with a warm welcome by the Town of Babylon Supervisor Rich Shaffer, and the town council, including Antonio Martinez, Terence McSweeney, Anthony Mañetta, DuWayne Gregory, Town Clerk Gerry Tom Compitello, and several others. 

The Town Supervisor and Council members reflected on MANA’s annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day event held at Bethel AME in Copiague and noted their appreciation to the clergy for all the work they are doing in the church and community.


MANA’s president, Bishop Andy C Lewter of Hollywood Full Gospel Cathedral spoke on behalf of the clergy. Bishop Lewter expressed his appreciation and thanked the Town Board, MANA members and everyone for their attendance.
