Bishop Frank A. White will Deliver Keynote Address at MANA Installation in January

Over forty years ago the Ministerial Alliance of North Amityville and Vicinity was organized by Dr. Andy C. “Daddy” Lewter, who was elected their first president with Bishop Frank Otha White serving as his Vice President.

Now forty years later it appears that history is repeating itself to some extent. In October, the son of “Daddy Lewter”, Bishop Andy C. Lewter was elected president of MANA and Bishop Frank A. White, the son of Bishop Frank Otha White, has been selected to deliver the keynote address for the installation service.

The Installation has been scheduled to take place within the Annual Martin Luther King Celebration, which is scheduled for the third Monday in January of 2023. Again history is being made in that the original MLK celebration and worship was a program that was sponsored by the Ministerial Alliance of North Amityville and Vicinity.

Other ministers who will be installed at the MLK Celebration include: Bishop Walter Willie (Vice President), Pastor Alexia Burgess-Huart (Treasurer), Rev. Christian Code (Secretary), Pastor Terrance Day (Director of Social Media) and Minister Lynn Boone (Newspaper Editor).

We are encouraging the entire community of North Amityville and Vicinity to join us as we plan and plot a new chapter of work and activity for the Ministerial Alliance of North Amityville and Vicinity.
